Davide Masini was born in 1986 in Carpi, in the district of Modena (Italy).

He started painting at the age of 13. He attended the International Illustration School from 2012 to 2015, where he experienced various painting techniques. He increased oil painting just the last year of the course he attended.

His paintings are inspired by the Impressionism and some modern impressionistic painters; he is fascinated by contrasts of dark and light, which frequently appear in his paintings. Now he paints for pleasure on commission.
